Ace Meet and Greet Gatwick

Ace Meet and Greet Parking is available to pre book online and is for customers wishing to fly from both Gatwick terminals. Ace Meet and Greet allows you to forget about queuing for transfer buses with lots of luggage and finding a parking space yourself. With this service you simply drive to the airport terminal where you will be met by an Ace driver who will park your car for you, all you need to worry about it walking to the terminal. When you return to Gatwick your car will be waiting for you at the same location. Your car will be parked in the Short Stay Car Park which has 24/7 CCTV, lighting and regular security patrols.

Arrival Procedures
Call ACE Meet and Greet on 01293 533 000 and choose option 1 around 20 minutes before you arrive. Head towards Short Stay car park. Take a ticket from the barrier. At Gatwick North, head to car park 6 on level 1 and look for the Approved Operator area surrounded by blue cones. At Gatwick South, look for the Orange car park on level 1, following signs for the Approved Operator Area. Here you will be met by the ACE driver who will check your car over for damage and you'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information. The driver will then park your car for you.

Departure Procedures
When you've cleared security and picked up your bags, give ACE another call on 01293 533 000 - option 1 - and they'll bring your car back to you in the Short Stay car park. Before they give you your car keys back you will need to double check your car for damage and then sign a document. They will also give you a ticket to use when exiting the short stay car park barrier.
